NEW RECRUIT FOR THE 2025 – 2026 Gulf Coast Gladiators
Darrin Berry II, known in creative circles as Graytop, is a dynamic talent from Mobile, Alabama, who brings passion, vision, and versatility both on and off the basketball court. From the age of three, Darrin’s love for the game was evident. He played all four years at Davidson High School, showcasing leadership, discipline, and raw talent. After a strong year at Bishop State, he redshirted at South Alabama, preparing for the next level. Though he stepped away from college basketball to pursue entrepreneurial ventures and a budding music and film career, his heart never left the game.
Now, as a future member of the Gulf Coast Gladiators, Darrin returns with a deeper sense of purpose and growth. His diverse background in business, branding, and creative media brings added value to the Gladiators’ vision of being more than just a basketball team—but a community-driven movement. His unique ability to inspire and connect with fans, especially the younger generation, aligns perfectly with the Gladiators’ mission to change lives on and off the court.
